Decrease the size of your Appetite for ASPARTAME. You must. It’s killing you. It’s killing us. Do your own research and save yourself. Be mindful to refrain from chewing MENTOS (or any other sugar free) gum, drinking a diet soda or enjoying a sugar free cookie while engaging in your research. The fore mentioned products are filled with Aspartame and working towards degenerating your health.

I know it’s such strong news and seems to come out of left field, but it’s not. What is in left field is the publics awareness towards the sugar free killer that was FDA approved for dry goods in 1981 and for carbonated soda in 1983. There were 5 deaths attributed to Aspartame prior to 1987 and since then fatality figures have not been made public. Likely because it would leave a bad taste in the mouth of the consumers not to mention it may remind you about any one of the 92 common symptoms you complain about often enough:

This also applies to cases of fibromyalgia. If you are using ASPARTAME (Nutra Sweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc) you probably have ASPARTAME poisoning!

So is it reversible? Absolutely! And the remedy is relatively affordable: Decrease the size of your Appetite for Aspartame. You’ll save a little change by not purchasing it at the grocery store, you’ll save yourself from going through unnecessary pains and ultimately you could be saving your life.

Aspartame isn’t single handedly responsible for lupus, cancer, asthma, etc — but (at this point) it is an ally. Unfortunately for us all, it’s also easily found in our favorite fast food restaurants without warning. This is not a boycott plight, this is a plight of knowledge.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWERFUL. KNOWLEDGE can SAVE YOUR LIFE.

  1. Wow Kevin. I’m glad you had the withall to trace the anxiety attacks back to aspartame. Many people never find the culprit and end up taking RX meds that have horrible side effects – thus decreasing their quality of life even more.

  2. Im a 37 yr old man that has experience anxiety attacks after drinking diet soda with ASPARTAME in it. At first I didn’t understand why I was having the attacks. So I would think back after the attacks what was I eating or drinking. And realize it was the diet soda. I stop drinking diet soda and haven’t had an attack since.
