‘Crazy about a man with a FRESH stance…

Good morning good people and those otherwise.
Life is at hand, and therein is surprise.

I felt super loved this morning upon opening my eyes.
I knew that feeling would yield unlimited once I gazed upon the skies.

In short, today I’m feeling alright
in fact I’m a bit giddy and a tad bit high.

I understand the difference between the weekend and an absolute conclusion.
I understand the White House is still under scrutiny with this “Russian collusion…”

Did something fishy go on that caused the commander-in-chief
to win the 2016 election and clutch the presidential seat?

If not, in evidential form —
then why the diversion of bigger alarms?

I won’t go down that rabbit hole, God knows that it’s rough
and I think the administrations fall will come in the lies to a “cover up.”

Step your game up

Cover up for  what? I don’t know. That’s where most are in the dark.
So on this Monday, promise me a fun day:  
A Fresh Start and Do IT with Heart.

There are bigger fish to fry in either direction if you want to fry them.
Keep in mind TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE and seizing the moment for good is ‘gem.’

So what’s on your days agenda? Will you meet up with and chill out with a friend?
Or will you buckle down until the ‘weekends clown’ and grind up this weeks begin?

I’ll probably do the latter.
I’m just 7 days in from Texas — still fatter.

Every time I visit that state it goes down.
I always return home with an additional 3-5 pounds.

This week will find me with a good heart
putting in Maxi Climber minutes, because I’m smart.

This week will find me doing a diagnostic ‘boom-pow!’
when I go to class at the Healing Center of Tao.

When starting anew, don’t forget to massage the spirit.
I’m Qui

Go out and enjoy the begin of the week. Sing gratefulness like a lark.
