Good morning, beautiful. Good morning, good morning, good morning!
Wipe the cold from your eyes and be strong in your stretch and yawning.
Stand erect and stretch, then bend at the waist and touch your loyal toes.
If you can’t exactly meet them, that’s okay – the effort, is the beneficial gold.
Hang there for a minute, relax your shoulders, arms and fingers.
Relax your head into the move – relax your neck, o’ shower singer.
Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
After a total of 5-10 seconds, reverse your position of south

and stand up straight again, though slowly, vertebrae-by-vertebra.
Then bring your hands to your chest in a position of pray
And say “Namaste.”
Acknowledge the gratefulness for your body and spirit shortly after your feet hit the floor.
Do it because you deserve it – and especially if you’ve not ever done it before.
Don’t substitute acknowledging your physical body with the energy you generate when you pray.
Oh yes! I’m a praying girl – its big in my world; the religious start of my everyday.
Religious? What in context, does that mean?
That means I do it often at the start of my day – per every new scene.
Aw, you know what I mean. I pray and give thanks – for sure,
then I stretch my body towards the ceiling – then down to the floor.
For my body I am grateful. For me, (without request or beg), it works dutiful.
Therefore, after my stretch, I look in the mirror and say, “Good Morning, Beautiful.”
What did you say to yourself this morning? Have you said anything at all?
Consider yourself and thank God for your health, your body is loyal with no stall.
A body stall is not at all what we want. Right?
So I thought I’d share my gratitude chant via this write:
“Thank you my toes, my knees, thighs, hip and my heart.
Thank you my eyes, mouth and brain – that’s so smart.
Thank you to all of my organs that do function in this awesome bod.”
This after: ‘I give thanks for life and all that is good.’ – My prayer to God
Good Morning Beautiful. Good morning – good morning; I‘m talking to you right now.
Yes you! Who chose to roll through with the supportive boom-pow!
Thank you. I appreciate you. Take your time, read a while; please do stay.
