Good morning sweetheart, my griot remains blunt
thus I want to talk to you about an abbreviation bunt.
When taking a hit in the stress department and harboring painful feelings
— it can yield a hardness to your organs that will need ONCOLOGY healing.
The C-Word is short for cancer. That’s the intended abbreviated bunt.
With the kids reading I wouldn’t be Rated-R seeding and use The C-Word: CRUNCH,
I mean really. Don’t be silly. Aunt Qui is not that risky of a chancer.
Though it’s true we’re holding unnecessary stresses that turn into cancer.
The key to properly placing stress does not rest in your wrists;
when expressing ‘Why you’re down,’ you respond, ‘He or she – did this.’
That’s a sort of a bunt, but more of a miss –because it’s simply not true.
Though not knowing how to cope with stress means old feelings are harbored by You.
You grit your teeth and seethe. You do it day after day.
You live with the pain and hurtful stains of a strained yesterday.
It’s in your gut. It’s real on your plate.
Misplaced emotions can turn into hate.
Hate that you never voiced, but accepted as ‘all good.’
After all, the hate that you feel comes from your familial hood.
Well, harboring pain is never “all good.”
Stress = Cancer. Get it understood.
Avoid The C-Word! Act like ya’ heard. You must, at all costs!
When it comes to your emotions — you, alone are the boss!
My dad died from cancer at 69-years old just 4-months ago
and my 64-year old aunt via The C-Word, went right after him, yo.
The C-Word illness is real.
They befriended stress and then it killed.
Me? I was curious as to, how this is so?
Then I was told I had a blockage. My response, “NO!!!”
One day at Tao yoga, Master Chun did tell me
that a pain in my right side could lead to “The C.”
Who? What? ME!?
“That is right,” said she.
I’m a happy-go-lucky spirit. How could it be?
It was yesterdays stresses — misplaced by me.
I did not know.
The harboring was internal and did not show.
I love my friends and family. I am sure I do it best!
So what’s with this misplaced, harboring of stress?
Well, it was stressful situations from long ago that I thought I’d forgotten about.
Sad emotions hunkered down into my organs and took up storage — to build a cancer route.
But it did not happen.
Tao Master Chun began tappin’
on the sore spot that she had pointed out on my right.
Then she educated me about stresses, cancer and life.
Today, several weeks later – I’m actually feeling alright.
My body is limber and loose and no “hardening of nothing” is in sight.
It took more than education and body tapping, but not much more.
I meditated and converted Stress to Strength via a Sedona Retreat score!
It helped me out a whole bunch!
The C-Word is real, but posed no life crunch!
Today I am not akin to holding stresses, my organs are softening – I’m making it through.
But because life is full of stress I thought it best to share my findings with you.
Because if your abdomen is hard, and you don’t have a six pack
and you’re a tad stressed out, perhaps even feeling fat
but not eating a lot – just stressed out to the max.
I’m gonna ask you to meditate and get ready to bat!
Bunt that away from you. Stress is not yours to keep.
I’m Qui
Good morning baby, I’m a word lover – like no other, touching on The C.
