You remember the place, don’t you? THE SHACK. I do love going there. ❤

Please tell me that you’ve seen this exemplary and remarkable film. If you haven’t – put it on the list.

The Shack is based off the (same name) novel by William P. Young and it’s a real winner chicken dinner. It’s jammed packed with so many “ah-ha moments” that it releases concentrated amounts of nourishment into your soul via depth of comprehension. Yes, far more than any chicken soup could ever render.

The film was released in March of this year though I’ve only seen it just a few weeks ago and boy, did it get me. Starring Sam WorthingtonOctavia Spencer and Tim McGraw this film exhibits divinity in vision and direction by Stuart Hazeldine. Before this film I’d not ever heard of William P. Young or Stuart Hazledine. Today – I truly couldn’t imagine not knowing of them.

So what is this shacking thing all about? Why has it got me feeling some kind of way? Because it to spoke to me about being “some kind of way.” It was confrontational and welcoming. This reel yields life changing potential.

No story spoiler here, just encouragement and a trailer:

I’ve seen it twice and I was effected the same way both times. Not only do I plan on watching it again, but I plan to introduce a friend. As good as this film makes me feel, it would be selfish of me not to share it; thus, I’m sharing it with you. Do yourself a favor get this film in your sights and sip on it. If chicken soup is legacy to be good for the soul, then The Shack is comprised of nutrients much like the marrow.

So when I say, “Let’s SHACK up. I’ll meet you there!” I mean,
You have got to partake with me, this soul reviving scene.

Life can be mundane, prone to yielding to the same ol’ thangs:
Rituals, broken rules, and legacies that need to be examined and/or changed.

Revisit your foundations, your beliefs and your not-so-distant past…
A good place to rendezvous? I recommend The Shack.

See the film or get it in paperback. Either form is truly fair.
Want someone to tag along? Hit me up. I’m happy to meet you there.

I’m all about self improvements. I’ll bring the curly string!
I’m Qui
All about shacking up. Who knew this would be my thing? 😊

Peep the film.
Get lost in what it means.
