Another glorious morning and we are up early to shape the day.
I call it Two’s Day because I like wordplay. I’m obnoxious; I like to play.
But not too much, a childish touch; I adore my playtime with you.
#1. My heart is saddened as the day is dampened by bidding Barbara Bush adieu.
A strong woman with life accomplishments that many of us may never achieve.
She and her beau were 73-years hitched, yo! Can you monogamously conceive?
If you woke up this morning, thank God for life, love, and the ability to read.
I know that you kneeled upon waking up to thank Him for your safe sleep.
Right? Well, that’s what’s up.
Now give God some praise and give me a fist bump.
I could stand for a hug, as well. Human contact is a fundamental need,
as is love, air, and food. Spiritually & physically to live, we must eat.
#2. Speaking of “eat,” I haven’t been eating well. I am brave and stand to face it:
Eating food is difficult to anyone who is new to wearing braces.
I am indeed new.
It’s Day 3 and I’m still having probs with “the chew.”
Pray for a sister, too – right after you bless that meal. 🙂
