Change is key and spittle is lame.

We are not shaking hands or hugging right now, man.
We’re planning on living long and enjoying the land.

Therefore, let’s wash our hands, workout and make some changes real quick,
like not eating out as much, because a food worker may be sick.

Would you even know it?
The wrapped entree doesn’t show it.

But you don’t really want to take that chance 
So no, we’re not eating out now – man.

Let’s  get back to  taking our lunch
for a couple more days – okay, a whole bunch.

Got plans to go out with friends tonight? Covid19 is more than just hype.
Based on reports here and abroad, it’s taking folks’ lives.

Please take care of yourself and don’t go out tonight.
Surround yourself with like-friends and kick it by Skype.

Do you have streaming services? It’s a great way to catch a show.

The movie theater is likely open for business, but do you really want to go?

Coughers like to go out and they may have the same film taste as you.
They may as well be a monsters behind your seat hacking up a “BOO!”

You know that you are going to run.
Running isn’t your idea of fun.

When was the last time that you had family time, yo?
When was the last time that you played dominoes or Skip Bo?

Dust off those video games and get engaged with the fam again.
Turn your room into a nightclub and Facetime with friends.
