What does leadership have to do with entertainment? The name of this site is Qui Entertainment Magazine, so then why are we always creating content that plays off of, parallels,  and reflects world views? Because multimedia producers are leaders. My line of work is global and requires me to create relative content responsibly. Research and think tanks are my jam.

Leadership is needed on every level. We need it in sports, we need it in combat, we need it in the E.R., we need it in church or else that one sister will sing all of the praise & worship songs during her testimony. Leaders set boundaries that support purpose. Stating that each testimonial is yielded to 3-minutes will keep most folk from going into the second verse on that hymn that describes their sentiment perfectly and will leave enough time in the service for others to express themselves as well. Leadership is needed, or we’d all be singing a different tune; not acknowledging or even hearing the messages of others that may contain life saving wisdom.
  Can I get an Amen?

Leaders are visible, like Governor Cuomo in New York.
Divvying life saving information is a patriot’s sport.

There are so many other leaders, I am sure, who are stepping up to the plate
to prove that they have the capacity to think, discern and contemplate.

It’s called governing and leaders are stepping up.
That’s great because virus cases are revving up.

We got this. Schumer is on the House floor right now talking sums
that equate to employers paying employees to stay home for 4 months.

We can do this. We can hit this head on and come out stronger.
We should act now – not in 12-more days; no need to be a prolonger.

Let’s first lead at home. Lead the family to wash their hands.
Then stay inside of your homes and admire your manicured land.

If your land is un-manicured, you don’t have to worry about being bored.
During your time at home, you and the fam can do team building with chores.

Make necessary work fun again.
Post weed-pulling pics on social media for friends.

Why not?
The weather is fair and not too hot.

Okay, maybe weed-pulling isn’t “a thing,”
especially if you’re in more of a city scene.

Leaders in your hood
are best equipped to tell you what’s good.

As for me and my household, we are full of hope.
Are we going to the mall and eating out as usual? Nope.

We have calibrated our to and fro
to give the world time to figure things out, yo.

We are doing our best to be educated heed’ers.
We are doing our best to be in-home leaders.

Leadership should begin at home.
Line the fam up and get in a zone.

Together we can fight this.
Leadership is necessary but doesn’t feel like bliss.
