Life. Love. Wants. Desires. The more that I marinate in season, the hotter ‘my fire. And I’m not talking about “the change.” I’m having hot flashes, but menopause ain’t his name.

Please feel me. Good love can heal thee.

I should know, I hurt my back doing laundry the other day, but percale aerobics worked that glitch out-and-away.

I am thankful for that — there were calories burned, and I arose with less fat. Oh, snap!

The news is full of gloom, so turn it off. Vaccinations are on way – please steer clear of all coughs.

In the meantime, stay inside and dimensionally work-it-out. Life is doing her thing — resist unnecessary pout. Give all issues to God; He’ll work them out. Don’t forget to ask for endurance for the percale bounce.”

You know that I like it! Of course, I’d use a low-key Friday to invoke high feelings. Yield no energy to going-out today, instead stay-in for sexual healing

There I said it. Please tell me that you are not reading this out loud — at church, in the car with kids, or a subway in front of a crowd?

If you are doing any of that then you are quite the interesting goer. I am a woman of polls, do tell how’d the “out-loud reading” go over?

If you’re shy, you should give it a try. Read Griot aloud, like a DEF POETRY JAM vibe.

That –ish would be live and I’d listen. Let your words about reflective verbs flow and glisten.

And It Just Gets Better; life, love, and understanding emotions — learning to love the water and swim across oceans. Life is literally a day at the beach; Do Not Drown in the motions.

If you want to kick-life-up a notch engage in meditation and daily devotion. It rocks!

I began this morning as focused as any go-getter,

I’m Qui

Life is doing her thing, unity will again ring, And It Just Gets Better.

[Click here to hear] — Are you right-handed?  Are you using the right hemisphere of your brain? Does the right shoe follow the left? Is it right to co-wash your mane?

I write it all and you’re right in most of life’s frames. Also, the left-handed use the right hemisphere of the brain.

The right-handed pen with no ink-drag — and to co-wash when you’re in a tight spot isn’t half bad.

That’s just how I feel about it. I do love the feel of rushing water in my hair.  I voice my views through words and reviews; my consumer reflections are fair.

To the left-brain hemisphere thinker: I hold my pen just like you and lean to the right when I drive. I’m partial with which hand I write, I live in the light, and embrace the truth to course-correct vibe.

Which is often enough. I don’t mind being wrong because I like learning new stuff.

I like kisses and hugs, but mostly from babies. I love kicking it with the boys and I miss hanging with the ladies.

So, I write it. For the future that we know’est not, I’m excited!

Aren’t you? It’s not too late for love to pull us through.

I mean that with all of my life force, because it is true. There is a brighter future for me and you.

Work for it. It’s nothing that any of us are “due.”  For too many years we’ve maintained a  “covert groove.”

It’s not right to carry-on covertly; say what you mean. If you’ve the will to do better and heal –kick “shame” off of the team.

If “doing better” is within your reach – do heed it. Kick an old habit to the curb, you don’t need it.

You’re right to do what’s better; always do better for you.

What’s wrong is not respecting yourself or your neighbor’s p.o. view.

You’re right in your birthright, your stories and collected wisdom.

I comprehend, I write,  I push to better life, like Shirley Chisholm.

History will be inked today to stand strong tomorrow. Let us ink something wonderful to overshadow recent sorrow.

Let us love ourselves and our fellow man. Let us unite genuinely and heal this land.

It’s a win-win either way.

To live mindfully is called a Winsday.

then PUMP IT, Hottie!

When I talk about my GAC, I am referring to my Guardian Angel Crew. Do you have one? If you don’t think that you do, (and I think I’ve said this before in a previous column) I think that you very well have one, though you probably just think that you’re lucky.  Ha! Luck could never be so precise. I like to think that our Guardian Angels are probably the spirits of our past loved ones and collectively they form a crew. A necessary crew. Remember the near death situation that you escaped with your life, health, limbs? Well, your GAC has good defense.

Who authorized us to have a GAC? That’s a good question and I think a good answer would be our Creator. It’s an intelligent answer. Who sent the angel into the lions den to protect Daniel? Please do not tell me that you thought Daniel was among the first recorded lion tamers — because he was not. Daniel was sentenced to the lions den but it was God’s will that Daniel not be harmed, so he sent aGuardian Angel.”

So let’s say that “it’s official,” and that you have a GAC and they are with you most of the time, what do you think they think about some of the things that you do and say? Especially of those things that you say when no one is around to “call you out” on it. If you were aware that someone you loved and missed dearly besides Jesus is listening, would you say or do any of it?

Whatever your answers are, I think that it is highly likely that your loved ones who have crossed-over still hang out with you and often. When God sends a miracle, He could send an angel to travel from heaven every single time or He could have angels here on Earth. Right?

Today is a great day to give some thought to your GAC and the things that you say and do. Besides God, they are watching you. If you are running around mask-less, talking to others who opt not to wear masks… what kind of workload are you putting on your GAC? Fighting un-masked spittle is tedious work — you don’t want to wear them out. Your GAC is likely part of the reason why you don’t cut your digits off every time you play sous chef. Yes, I, too have counted my blessings and digits after playing Emeril Lagasse. Thank God for our Guardian Angel Crews. Imagine your loved-ones from a different view. In light of, consider living mindfully; a better-you.

When I realized that I was going to write about this topic, I asked myself “why?” — I suppose to compose a story of hope for those whose loved ones have died.

Covid’s consumption is not a fiction nor a lie. Folks escape with their souls after losing their lives.

Those left to survive remain asking why. Resist feeling lonely and shorten your cry. Regardless of what the issue was that caused your loved one to die, remember energy is not destroyed — it is transformed and still nigh.

Peep the Scientific insight:

You knew that and you know me,

I’m Qui

Grateful for knowledge, you, love, and my GAC
