O! How Good It Is

In Book, Communication, fitness, Networking, News, Self Improvement, TV Shows, Video, weightloss on October 15, 2017 at 9:49 am

O-i-love-oprah2017I was fortunate to be a part of a studio audience taping of a Tao workshop hosted by Dawn Q. this weekend and it was phenomenal. Mind refreshing information about changing the way you think in order to change the quality of your life for the better. Upon close of the workshop we networked and talked more about the book referenced: “I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years.”

book_Ive-Decided-to-Live-120-Years_600.pngTherein networking I learned more about the production team and this particular book campaign. Noone asked me if I knew Oprah, (this happens to me a lot when I’m out and about. It’s an energy thing) but in the end it was clear through a series of questioning that some indeed wanted to know if I knew Oprah. I was doleful to tell them that I do not. Still I’m always happy that my energy would invoke people to ask that question, though more over that, I began to wonder if Oprah knew of this book. I’m an avid SUPER SOUL SUNDAY viewer and have learned a lot via the series so I took to the search engine again to see what they had on Oprah + Tao and found this:

Wayne Dyer and Oprah Winfrey – The Wisdom of the Tao

Oprah is about nourishment and whether it’s of the mind, spirit, soul or the stomach – she’s leading the charge. I’m already sending direct vibes her way in hopes that she’ll find this book and review the author on an upcoming Super Soul Sunday.  The “I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years” book is both enlightening and nutritious. Speaking of nutrition have you seen those new O That’s Good Soup commercials? The manufacturer behind the health conscious goodness is Kraft and the creator is Oprah.  Just another tasteful  incentive to evolve as it pertains to your diet. I haven’t tried the refrigerated cuisine line of soups yet, but it is high on my grocery list now.

I’m in the business of collecting and sharing good. I love hearing your personal stories of good fortune and sharing them with others. Somehow I am genuinely able to  bask in the glow of your good energy flow along with you. Meaning when people tell me about their new car, home or the raise on their job, I can immediately feel their surge of good energy in my tummy (my solar plexus). I’ll usually start jumping up and down (like a Price Is Right game show contestant) along with the person whose sharing the good news. I  surge so genuinely it often leaves onlookers confused  as to which of us is the good news recipient.  Having said as much you can see why Oprah comes up as much as she does. I love her good energy and her positive proactive contributions. Just as equally, I love sharing it with you.

The consumption of good energy is good for you. The FDA hasn’t said so because it used to be common sense – not to mention the message lacks lobbying backers. You don’t need a lobbyist to offer up subsidies for you to choose more wisely for yourself on anything. Change the way you think and change your life. This is something we can all do for free. The FDA is not putting their stamp on ‘free’ either. Where’s the kickback in that?

It’s morning again sweetheart and I’m up to my ol’ southern ways
of kissing your forehead upon waking and praying for you throughout the day.

Hey-ey! It’s just what I’m into and I hope it is understood
among our differences on a daily I’m always for you and your good.

If ever I should learn a new thing or an old thing that could help
I will bring it to the table whether for increase of health or wealth.

Either way I’m into good news as most of my writes reveal.

The C-word

In Communication, fitness, Griot, Networking, Self Improvement, Travel, Video, weightloss on September 20, 2017 at 8:30 am

letter-cGood morning sweetheart, my griot remains blunt
thus I want to talk to you about an abbreviation bunt.

When taking a hit in the stress department and harboring painful feelings
— it can yield a hardness to your organs that will need ONCOLOGY healing.

goofy-laughThe C-Word is short for cancer. That’s the intended abbreviated bunt.
With the kids reading I wouldn’t be Rated-R seeding and use The C-Word: CRUNCH,

I mean really. Don’t be silly. Aunt Qui is not that risky of a chancer.
Though it’s true we’re holding unnecessary stresses that turn into cancer.

The key to properly placing stress does not rest in your wrists;
when expressing ‘Why you’re down,’ you respond, ‘He or she – did this.’

That’s a sort of a bunt, but more of a miss –because it’s simply not true.
Though not knowing how to cope with stress means old feelings are harbored by You.

You grit your teeth and seethe. You do it day after day.
You live with the pain and hurtful stains of a strained yesterday.

It’s in your gut. It’s real on your plate.
Misplaced emotions can turn into hate.

Hate that you never voiced, but accepted as ‘all good.’
After all, the hate that you feel comes from your familial hood.

Well, harboring pain is never “all good.”
Stress = Cancer. Get it understood.

Avoid The C-Word! Act like ya’ heard. You must, at all costs!
When it comes to your emotions — you, alone are the boss!

My dad died from cancer at 69-years old just 4-months ago
and my 64-year old aunt via The C-Word, went right after him, yo.

The C-Word illness is real.
They befriended stress and then it killed.

Me? I was curious as to, how this is so?
Then I was told I had a blockage. My response, “NO!!!”

One day at Tao yoga, Master Chun did tell me
that a pain in my right side could lead to “The C.”

stress-2-cancer-route

Stress harboring  can yield to cancer in various organs

Who? What? ME!?
That is right,” said she.

I’m a happy-go-lucky spirit. How could it be?
It was yesterdays stresses — misplaced by me.

I did not know.
The harboring was internal and did not show.

I love my friends and family. I am sure I do it best!
So what’s with this misplaced, harboring of stress?

Well, it was stressful situations from long ago that I thought I’d forgotten about.
Sad emotions hunkered down into my organs and took up storage — to build a cancer route.

But it did not happen.
Tao Master Chun began tappin’

on the sore spot that she had pointed out on my right.
Then she educated me about stresses, cancer and life.

Today, several weeks later – I’m actually feeling alright.
My body is limber and loose and no “hardening of nothing” is in sight.

It took more than education and body tapping, but not much more.
I meditated and converted Stress to Strength via a Sedona Retreat score!

It helped me out a whole bunch!
The C-Word is real, but posed no life crunch!

Today I am not akin to holding stresses, my organs are softening – I’m making it through.
But because life is full of stress I thought it best to share my findings with you.

Because if your abdomen is hard, and you don’t have a six pack
and you’re a tad stressed out, perhaps even feeling fat
but not eating a lot – just stressed out to the max.
I’m gonna ask you to meditate and get ready to bat!

Bunt that away from you. Stress is not yours to keep.
I’m Qui
Good morning baby, I’m a word lover – like no other, touching on The C.

A Sippin’ Summer

In Communication, fitness, Griot, News, Self Improvement, Travel on August 4, 2017 at 4:30 am

sippin-cup-stirerIt’s hot outside here in Phoenix – triple digits can be a bummer.
I’ve not ever been much of a drinker, but this is A Sippin’ Summer.

And I wonder what’s good at the bar?
I’m a writer, my sport is to “observe” spar.

I can truly sit and sip for hours and if it’s water – I’ve no limits.
Surely you’ve seen writers doing this sort of sport in the special Olympics?

No? Oh. Writers are still to be considered “special folk.”
The day they allow us into the Olympics will be “all that she wrote.”

And so I’ve taken to working-out with intent, again.
My birthday is around the corner and I want to spend

a good deal of time feeling good and having fun.
I think I’ll take to the skies and travel for a new destination sum.

The den of August is a Leo’s YUM!
Meow and Rawr! I love this month!

It’s perfect for Six Flags, it’s perfect for night walks,
it’s perfect for girl time and lots of mimosa talks.

Today is Friday and I feel it in my hair
Creativity consumes my mind, you can see it in my stare.

Get into my glare. Be the muse that fashions the scripted runner.
I’ll be sitting at the bar being true to this Sippin’ Summer.

Don’t you worry about what’s in my glass, I’m grown and uninhibited this month.
It’s water anyway, I need a clear mind to create – So rounds? I buy a bunch.

sippin-summer-Kristen-Wiig-wineIt is that kind of season.
Building writes of excite

I’ll be sitting table-side to the bar as I sip.
I won’t be doing it alone, I’ll be sipping with script.

Yes kinfolk, I am pregnant indeed.
The intro pages thus far, are a real steamy read.

I’m still in the build – I’m still in ACT 1.
A well laid foundation won’t easily be undone

and it’s so much fun. I see a little bit of you all in it.
I’ve been sippin’ your flavor, it’s a great way to spin script.

I like the way it tastes, you’ve got bite, you’re a bit of a gunner!
I confess your kool-aid is a hit and provides an awesome Sippin’ Summer.

This must be a fear to those closest to me; their darkened dim
that I would script a story or character that is fashioned after them.

All I can say to that is,

Get over yourself and please do it quick!
You know that you’re
all that – Of course you’re influencing my scripts!

So tell me more …

Please read that as a ‘flattering quip.’ Life ain’t much without diversity.

Calling All BALLERS

In Communication, fitness, Griot, News, Self Improvement, TV Shows on July 7, 2017 at 7:38 am

ballers-spencer-stasmore-rick-jerriet.pngCalling All BALLERS
Not necessarily alcohol shot callers,

but those men in double-stitched shoes and starched collars.
When I see ya’ in transit I sho’ be wanting to hollar,

if for no other reason than to tell you, “Brother, it’s working.
There’s nothing average about the women that target you for their ‘twerking.'”

I should know, I watch the show.
HBO’s showcase of BALLERS is mad proper, yo.

Are you watching?
Financial Advisers are about ‘dollar clocking.’

Dwayne Johnson plays a wealth adviser named Spence’
who signs with NFL players before their cash is spent.

He’s trying to insure that tomorrow they can afford the rent.
The wealth advising game is hard up; relationships are easily bent.

The sound track to this series is jamming and the cast is approaching season 3.
It’s not too late for you to catch up, it’s ON DEMAND for all to see.

HBO-To-Go can get you there if  you’re lap top is up.ballers-spencers-car

Ladies I promise you it’s worth it – to see The Rock strut.

His acting skills have always come easy. He slides into character like no other.
I must admit I also dig his schtick because he reminds me of my brother.

I only have one brother and he, too, is of former NFL stock.
He left the game and groomed his brain for business meetings on yachts.
.

My brothers collegiate degree
is in Criminology,
Though he found a career in finances to be
lucrative and hard hitting; quite “calling” to he.

Which is most interesting, because this is Spencers scripted story,
He’s a fine and well dressed ex-athlete still fit enough to play in glory.

Instead, just like my brother, before too many injuries were acquired,
he made a career switch that allowed him to still “feel rich”
while helping others avoid financial fire.

Spence is a legacy wealth manager and he’s for hire if you have long dough.
You could learn a lot about finances from watching this handsome show.

I have.

Webp.net-gifmaker (3).gifThe cast of characters are good for eye-candy and CSA isn’t stopping,
It’s a healthy mixture of actors and real players authenticating the copping.
Are you watching?

The show airs on Sunday evening and if you haven’t heard
Season 3 is lining up to Hut-Hut on July 23rd.

What’s not to like about this show, have you ever wondered just WHAT
happens to NFL players after they resign from the prime time “Hut-Hut?”

They often get regular jobs and pull regular shifts
some at the finance office and some at car dealerships.

Yep. What’s done on the football field is rewarded handsomely in kind,
then you are ‘on your own Jack‘ once the game is done with your behind.

If many former athletes could REWIND I bet we’d find the chances
are high that they’d take better care of their blessed finances.

I wonder how many current BALLERS are a fan of this reflective show,
I’m Qui
learning the after effects of the game are not an if — but a certain, yo!

ballers-spence-wise-up-quote.gifManaging your health and your money, will effectively determine how your life will go.
To come up on male fashion, financial advice and eye candy; you’ve gotta watch this show!

Let’s talk Tao, Towel and Chakra’s

In Communication, fitness, Griot, Self Improvement on June 12, 2017 at 5:04 am

no-coincidence.jpgThe first two words have nothing in common besides the fact that saying “towel” while softening the sound of the “w” and omitting the sound of the “l,” helps me to properly pronounce the word: TAO.

Did you know that? Give a it spin. Say the word “towel” and soften the “w” while omitting the “l” and you are well on your way to learning a little more about the practice of Tao having just mastered the phonetics.

If you recall, I was channeling Big Sean and “The Bounce Back” a few weeks ago after my dad crossed over. My fathers end journey was an expectant one, still I wasn’t completely ready.  At the cresting of my emotions I stumbled into a TAO master.  The meeting was not planned and dare I say, still, it was by no mistake.

no-coincidence2.jpegI don’t believe in coincidences.

7-days before my dad left, I was taking what I considered a random walk to clear my head. I could tell that my fathers condition was worsening. He was no longer mind strong. As I approached the outskirts of a shopping center near my home I saw a car pull up and a little Asian woman got out and proceeded to walk to the entrance of a business in the shopping center. We made eye contact. I said, “Hello as she crossed the sidewalk in front me, she responded in kind, leaned towards the door as to open it, but instead retrieved a brochure from the exterior of the door and then turned and handed it to me saying, “Your first class is free.” I smiled and said, “Thank you,” and proceeded to walk.

Curious a few days later I stopped by to read the various sign posters at their store front and saw a CHAKRA reading service that was provided therein. I made an appointment to have my chakra read a few days after my dads passing – though my appointment wouldn’t mature until after his home-going memorial. It was a whole 7-days away, I was seriously anxious, however, I waited out the days and promptly made the appointment.

My reason for wanting to have my chakra read? Well, I had no idea what a chakra was, really, but I  do have an awesome masseuse that I’ve been with for more than 2-years. She is a deep tissue, myofascial masseuse and it’s not uncommon for me to see colors during  our 90-minute massage sessions. The color I see most often is GREEN. A very vibrant green, so I was eager to see if the reading associated me with the color and what it exactly meant. I mentioned my experiences to my masseuse and she asked me if I knew anything about chakra’s? It was then my journey began…

The chakra reading that I received was provided by Chun, the shops owner. The method in which she read my chakra was via a machine that had a place for me to lie the palms of my hands on:

chakra-reading-machine.jpg

Remember the color green that I mentioned I usually see during my massages? Well green showed up in the spades on the computer monitor that was hooked up to the machine. This was the reading. So what does GREEN mean or represent where the chakra is concerned?

chakra-anatamy.jpg

According to the chakra flow chart (above), my reading was color confirmation. I am indeed dealing with matters of the heart, starring love and grief. Chun furthermore informed me that my 2nd and 3rd chakras are congested. I’m not having optimum energetic flow throughout my body. I had a feeling that this was the case. I may not know much about Tao healing or chakras and the likes, but I can definitely tell that I am energetically all-over-the-place right now and may need some balancing and even a little (or a lot) of positive reinforcement.

I gain reinforcement via knowledge, so you can bet your sweet bottom I’ve picked up a few books and am reading with intent. Intent to utilize the knowledge I reap to realign my energy flow for optimal performance from the inside out. Tao speaks to your body and opens up communication to your brain. I think of the classes that I’ve participated in so far, they have served as an emotional and physical channel clearance.

expanded-consciousness-no-coincidence.jpgI’m finding my body and mind are getting quite the workout as I engage in strengthening my energetic connection to my core. It’s easy to do, if you know how to do it and have the time to work on it – daily.  At current – I do. I am focused and actively participating. The mental workout, alone produces enough perspiration to utilize a “towel”, but the balance of the workout usually implements a move that will release any tension that you may have felt in the previous move.  These emotional and energy workouts are yielding me substantial physical benefits, starting with mind clarity.

Inhale through your nose. Exhale through the lips.

I’m on the start to something good, a colorful path of good flowing energy.

Hello Tao. It’s so good to meet you.

decorative-line-divider1

I’m no Tao master, I’ve only had a few classes,
Though I can tell, early on, this is surely for the masses.

The mental and physical benefits that I have yielded from participation
Speaks volumes to my spirit, mind and body – in progressive relation.

Meditation? We all need it. We should concentrate on our own paths.
I’m getting in touch with my DAHN JON, it’s located south of the abs.

A deep breath into my depths will retrieve the coolness that I need
To temper down any anxieties, without yielding to pharmaceutical heeds.

And Ouiiiii! I’m off to having a much calmer day, participating in cooler verbs.
Tao and towel are nouns filled with vowels though the color of my chakra is WORD.

Are you taking care of yourself? Are you utilizing self preservation?

‘Crazy about a man with a FRESH stance…

Good morning good people and those otherwise.
Life is at hand, and therein is surprise.

I felt super loved this morning upon opening my eyes.
I knew that feeling would yield unlimited once I gazed upon the skies.

In short, today I’m feeling alright
in fact I’m a bit giddy and a tad bit high.

I understand the difference between the weekend and an absolute conclusion.
I understand the White House is still under scrutiny with this “Russian collusion…”

Did something fishy go on that caused the commander-in-chief
to win the 2016 election and clutch the presidential seat?

If not, in evidential form —
then why the diversion of bigger alarms?

I won’t go down that rabbit hole, God knows that it’s rough
and I think the administrations fall will come in the lies to a “cover up.”

Step your game up

Cover up for  what? I don’t know. That’s where most are in the dark.
So on this Monday, promise me a fun day:
A Fresh Start and Do IT with Heart.

There are bigger fish to fry in either direction if you want to fry them.
Keep in mind TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE and seizing the moment for good is ‘gem.’

So what’s on your days agenda? Will you meet up with and chill out with a friend?
Or will you buckle down until the ‘weekends clown’ and grind up this weeks begin?

I’ll probably do the latter.
I’m just 7 days in from Texas — still fatter.

Every time I visit that state it goes down.
I always return to Arizona with an additional 3-5 pounds.

This week will find me with a good heart
putting in Maxi Climber minutes, because I’m smart.

This week will find me doing a diagnostic ‘boom-pow!’
when I go to class at the Healing Center of Tao.

When starting anew, don’t forget to massage the spirit.
I’m Qui
no Tao Master yet, still the truth – you will hear it.

Go out and enjoy the begin of the week. Sing gratefulness like a lark.

DOPE, Doctor, Fall

Got a question for the Doc? Tweet @RealDoctorMike…

The last few days have been filled with many lines
of reading material. #KnowledgeBinge time.

So I’m reading and jotting and flipping pages to and fro
when I come-up on an interesting feed of a read by DOPE.

Montel Williams is the subject of which they wrote,
he had quite a bit to say and in my recall, I quote:

“I am a big research nut – so when I first started using cannabis, I read everything I could about it – the medical effects, the science and the legal landscape. Back then, you had cancer patients being wheeled out of their homes by the police for using Cannabis. Having experience its medicinal effects firsthand, I decided that law enforcement has no business interfering between doctors and their patients; and it became my mission to stand up for patients.”

That was Montel’s answer to
the letter Q:  Is there a moment you can point to when you knew you didn’t want to be just a medical marijuana patient anymore?montel-williams-cannabis-advocate

He had much to say… and the magazine that interviewed & wrote
is an awesome and enlightening winter publication produced by the people at DOPE.

The story is out this month and Montel Williams is on the cover,
here’s another excerpt from the interview, of which I am a lover:

the letter Q: What do you see as your biggest challenge in 2017?

MONTEL: The single biggest challenge is always making this movement appeal to folks in the states that aren’t online yet, most of which are conservatives and don’t have a lot of frame of reference on this issue.

Ain’t that the truth brother! I feel your pains,
My fathers PROSTATE CANCER diagnosis is driving us insane.

The inflammation of his internal organs are tired and swell;
my father is in need of medical marijuana as well.

But in the state of Texas no medical law is on the books.
My Dad did a little MMJ research, but his docs won’t consider ‘a look.’

No Law allowing it? Then no research will come to the table
that takes those with great disabilities and renders a feel of “able.”

Montel Williams is not alone in his research, I am strain scouting to find a score.
My dad’s life is on the line with this PROSTATE CANCER at STAGE 4.

Who care’s about what “conservatives say, when death is knocking at your door?
Montel and I used to…. but I reckon we don’t care anymore.

While reading WOMAN’S WORLD  I happened upon a cool article in play —
titled, “HELP! My DOCTOR told me I have to lose weight!”

This perioyoung-woman-holding-a-scaledical find was on page 44
an “Ask America’s Ultimate Experts” — score.

I bit the title and I read it through,
it seemed pretty practical, so I’m sharing it with you.

I prefer to type excerpts and let you click on links to read more,
But WOMAN’S WORLD isn’t about that “FREE ONLINE” access ‘plore.
So once again, I am typing more….. [and I quote]

.

“But how? Our medical and nutritional experts reveal easy
strategies that’ll help you shed pounds and become healthier,
stronger and more confident than ever.

1. GET STARTED!
Pick up a pen!
“Just because the doctor said so isn’t enough to keep you motivated,” notes weight-loss expert Michael Dansinger, M.D. “So write down a list of all the reasons– logical and emotional– to lose weight. If you have high cholesterol, for example, a logical reason to lose weight might be because you don’t want to take a pill. That’s important, but probably not as powerful as your emotional reasons like maybe there’s a favorite dress you want to wear again. Once you write out all of your reasons it’ll be easier to take the first step.” Also, make a list of reasons not to lose weight, urges nutritionist Jill Weisenberger. “One might be, ‘My kids love Friday pizza night, and I’m afraid I won’t be able to share that with them.’ Then find solutions for your ‘not’ list–for example, why not keep pizza night but supplement it with a big salad? We’re always going to have reasons not to lose weight– anticipating them helps us surmount them!”

Set Goals!
“People who set out to lose weight for a specific event — like a wedding — are not nearly as successful over the long-term as those who focus on health benefits,” Weisenberger notes. “You’re not in control of how fast you’ll lose weight, but you are 100% in charge of your behavior. So instead of setting an overly strict goal– like losing three and a half pounds by X date– focus on what you can control: Can you pack a healthy lunch? Can you eat three servings of veggies? Focus on the behavior and weight loss will follow.

Show Off Your Log!
Sure, a food journal makes eating healthy foods easier, but did you know that simply “showing off” your log doubles your odds of success? “R e s e a r c h shows that people tend to stop journaling after a few weeks unless someone else is looking at the log,” reveals Dr. Dansinger. “Showing your log to someone whose opinion matters to you once a week makes a world of difference.” One way to find your “audience”: The free MyFitnessPal.com and LoseIt.com apps makke it easy to share your log with friends or community members.

myfitness-pal-diet-log

2. Make Lasting Changes!
Add rather than subtract!
One of the biggest mistakes dieters often make when their doctor tells them to lose weight? They focus just on what to cut out of their diet rather than what they should add,” says Weisenberger. “For example, if they need to lose weight to help control high blood pressure, they’ll cut back on sodium but forget about adding something like beans, which are low in sodium and super healthy. If, for example you have Type 2 diabetes and decide to cut out carbs entirely, you’ll be missing out on things like quinoa, a food people with diabetes need to help protect their heart.

Spice It Up!
Spices help you slim down over the long-term by making your food more satisfying so you’ll effortlessly eat less, promises womens health expert Pamela Peeke, M.D. “I love spicing things up to help kill cravings,” she says. “Ginhger, for example has thermogenic properties that help boost metabolism, while black pepper is also a nice thing to add to foods because it helps curb fat storage. Cinnamon is another great weight-loss spice because it regulates blood sugar– sprinkle it on my morning oatmeal. It’s easy gto add delicious spices that’ll help you feel fuller longer

FALL is not far behind us and Christmas is directly at hand
if you’re a bit of a fashionista, perhaps shopping: SALE is your brand.

Good deal, I know the feel, I am a mundane attitude and clothing bouncer!
I often find myself with the CupCakeChique – at an H&M checkout counter.

You don’t have to be about #HighDollarLables to state your fashion truths,
The CupCakeChique, ShivaShane and Deidra are #NoLabelStandOUTS too:

In the piece to the left CupCakeChique is wearing a nautical lined tunic dress.
She’s layered it with a Perry Ellis jacket purchased at Goodwill in the Southwest.

You don’t have to spend a fortune to look your best.
Give us more of YOU and label-LESS!

I’m a real easy going gal, I don’t make a lot of shopping fuss
I don’t require a lot of labels but LINGERIE is a must!

And when it comes to men that are to catch my eye,
I prefer he with style — that did not try.

Just throw it on, anything out of your unique collection.
Looking chill and got it from Goodwill — thanks for the ressurection!

Fall is in its last throws and its seasonal fashion still plagues the globe.
Global warming’s progressive “UH-OH!” gives a broad pass to be #FLY, yo!

Just wake, unflake and dress the best incredible you,

Water Cooler ChatGood morning sweetheart, I’ll make this quick
I’ve upped my level of fitness schtick. 🙂

Yes child, today finds my obliques and my core
a little less fat and very much sore.

Yesterday I spent 8-hours at the ASU Athletic complex
with a lady named Allison Petersen – we made a connect.

I’m a bit high energy, I dance when I walk
Words dance by cadence – I do it when I talk,

I put my money where my mouth was yesterday
and committed to ZUMBA for hours totaling 8.

It was a licensing course, I was sweat riddled – shiny abs and bouncing mammories.
My #FitBit clocked 27,000 steps and I burned 3000 calories.

I don’t eat 3000 calories on any day, so YES – I lost quite a bit of weight yesterday.
Today 2 Aleve have got me on the ease  and I’m off to conquer the day.

The weekend was long, the weekend was strong and I duly had my way.
I admit I’m a workaholic and I thank God — dont want to stop it, my work is my play.

Heyyy! That kind of outlooks sets up good at the start of any day thus I am up
with a cup of jo on the desktop  – yo, and the effects are hyping #MyCrunk!

I’m up, I’m awake and I’m out the door.
I’m Qui
