Okay, the days are coming and going fast
I’m always in search of something “to last.”
Perhaps a lovely moment I don’t want to pass
I want to #DoIT slow, #EatClean and #BurnFat.
So I’m doing that! Today is (again) day one.
Holiday eating was good, the endless cookies were fun.
But this arse of mine – in width needs to run.
The junk food and I, again have reached DONE.
We all have a relationship with food and it is a give and take.
You can have it deep fried, freeze dried, pan seared or baked.
Pan seared and baked are better options as Spring is set to arrive.
So knowing there’ll be more of my skin showing I’ll do this right.
No fat, no sugar and absolutely no carbs.
My thoughts: focused. My help from the Lord.
Good health is a detoxers reward.
Eating clean isn’t easy – nor is it too hard.
In 2014 I dropped 30 pounds from just dropping fast food.
I’ve enjoyed a drive thru or two since then and find myself in the mood
To detox again, though I’ve gained nothing on the lost 30.
I’m eating clean again because Oct-Dec doc’d me eating dirty.
Today is Day 1. of my 2017 clean up.
