High ENERGY Friday

In Communication, Griot, Self Improvement on November 18, 2022 at 4:04 am

All week long, I have been on a high
I’ve laughed so hard until I cried.

My fam is blessed — see, no one died.
Life is not promised. I’m so glad to be alive.

My children are safe, their rooms are… their own.
I’ve got a Hybrid full of energy and a warm, peaceful home.

There are a few Tubmans in the bank – so all is well and fine.
It’s actually quite lovely outside, thus I wont be all-day online.

Shopping: I’ve found a cute pair of  boots, whose price is way too fair.
They would look great with my new skirt, my complexion, and my hair.

I’ll be out and about today full of High ENERGY and grinning.
Focusing on the moment; maintain my winning.young-boy-blue-dancing

Yes! I’ll be talking to my neighbors & patrons in the mall and on the streets –
regarding whatever commonalities we may have. Yes! I love a spontaneous meet.

So if you see me on the move in a Hybrid, on foot, or dancing about —
don’t be afraid to say, “What-up Qui? I’ll be quick to return the shout!

Good ENERGY is strong and I love sharing it with you.
I’m a lover of life; she is so my Boo.

The reasons for the high energy that’s about me at the moment are many.
Beyond love, life, you, and shopping, daily blessing exceed plenty.

Happy Friday to you, because surely THIS has been a long and productive week,
I’m Qui
Dancing about it is another way to talk and burn a few calories 😀

How’s your energy?

I’ve been reading (and audio booking) “Change Your Brain – Change Your Body” by Daniel G. Amen. It’s not a diet book, it’s a book about taking control of your life, starting with a healthy brain. You know how much I do appreciate GOOD HEAD. Mm-mm-mm. I could go on and on…however, in the book Dr. Amen suggests that you practice writing down 5 Things for which you are grateful for everyday (ie..psychologically highlighting your positive points early in the day) . I’ve taking his advice hence…

There are several things I rise and thank God for right off the back,
These are the reasons WHY my daily outlook rarely positivity lacks.

I am grateful for::

I. Life and Good Health.
This alone out weighs Warren Buffetts wealth.

II. Unconditional Familial Love.
Worth that is divvied in the show of strong wordless hugs.

III. A Creative Mind.
Amidst inspiring low tides – I yield to no boring finds.

IV. Enduring High Energy.
Its a part of the DNA structure that God put in me.

V. Ill Will Repellent.
I wish no bad towards any fella’.

SELF PRESERVATION is my word – it’s solely good for self
You must often recharge if you intend to help someone else.

A Good Deed
Renders a feeling money can’t exceed.

I’m grateful each day, for my internal riches,
I’m Qui
my humble outlook keeps me from outgrowing my britches. lol!

What are you grateful for?
