Be it the composition of media, art, your life or the roads
Quality Infrastructure is key to support your ebb and flow.

I’ve been spending a lot of time at the museums and such
I’m smitten by Rennaissance art and the archeologists’ light touch.

I’m a student of the Sciences who’s intensely studying the history of art.
Quality infrastructure preserves well; it’s the best way to project start.

The week is still young, how’s your infrastructure looking so far?
Are you elevating well? Do you need to raise the bar?

You be the foreman of your life; utilize integrity and quality tools.
Meditate and workout; pray in silence or aloud.
Quality investments won’t ever render you ‘the fool.

A clear conscience is what maintains your cool.
Go ahead and hump the goodness that is birthed through you.

Whether you work from home or are corporate seeded,
quality infrastructure is all the more needed.

We all rely on streets, highways and toll roads
to deliver us safely to and fro where we need to go.

chimp-running-with-hubcapWhere are you going? 🙂

This is the day that follows day two.

constantly evolving; to improve is what we do.

Check your core and reinforce every joint.
Quality Infrastructure requires improving many points.

Make IT Stretch

In Communication, Griot, Self Improvement on August 30, 2017 at 4:47 am

If you need your ground beef to go long, you opt to make nachos. Yes?
Well today’s piece is kind of like that, we’re going to focus on ‘the stretch.’

As it pertains to your dollar, your shopping for necessities and  your hobby
but most importantly I want to ask you, are you engaged in stretching your body?

The Dollar:

1. Track what you spend and plan a budget. Forgo fooling self and doing the ‘fudge it.’ Stick to the plan as tightly as you can. The effort will effictively benefit YOU, man.
2. Be aware of small amounts. Do you have any habits that merely cost small change? But you frequent the buy so much, that the annual add-up is insane? News Gazette reminds us: Five lunches a week eaten in a restaurant at $10 per lunch adds up to $2600 a year.
3. Other ways of Investing: Have an investment mindset. In everything you can make this relation, from investing in better products to investing in more education. Right? I mean there are more dollars to be made in this expensive life. If you have an investment mindset then UP your game, get a(nother) degree behind your name and duly stretch your future dollars.

The Hobby:

Everybody needs a relaxing past time. You don’t have to sit around and knit, no need to be a couch potato either, what about a hobby in getting fit? It’s for your own benefit, you’ll look great and feel stronger. Not to mention it will go well with your future, since folks are living longer. If your dollar is stretched properly there is no maybe about the fact that you’re gonna need them when you’re young and 80.

The Body:

Not long ago I told you that I was studying Tao; an inquisitive beginner
and enrolled myself in a series of classes held at a Tao Healing Center.

All is well and all is great.
We stretch a lot before meditate.

You learn to speak to your body and give it respect.
I’ve learned before I jump up and go, to yield to the stretch.

Our bodies deserves it. Our body is our joint!
If it stopped working on you today…. well you get my point.

Make IT Stretch, make it bend, touch your toes — or at least try.
Remind your body that you love it so much. Prove those words are not a lie.

You know me, I’m speaking to myself. You are not being preached to.
I’m guilty of Making IT Stretch today and I hope you will too.

Do what you can to take care of you before attempting to care for others,
I’m Qui
On this mid Morning 1-2-3, kind of feeling like your mother.

So, bring it in…
