a REEL FEEL

Yesterday’s 1/6 Hearing broadcast was pretty strong.
If we thought that 1/6/21 was a spontaneous erupt — that is wrong.

So many people knew beforehand what was going to happen and how it would go down.
How shameful must some Congressional seats feel today? Exposed as clowns.

I love my country and I hope the love is mutual.
We cannot allow offenses to go untried. That would be futile.

The public servicewoman who testified at the Hearing’s yesterday
will be examined in the history books as an example of ‘free and the brave.

On Monday when the 1/6 Committee announced that on Tuesday we’d start back up –
word on the wire was “speculation fire,” perhaps news of a ‘new cut-up.

Yesterday’s testimony was no new story.
What was new were the details of who knew what and when from the floorboards to glory.

Got it. ‘Just getting clarity in my position.
I want to understand the thick of the plan for future Horror film composition.

The 1/6 Hearings production is a hot Summer Blockbuster.
Every broadcast in our recent past has been insightful, full of impact and luster.

The Hearing’s are rolling out like a movie; a hit.
The tea is piping hot and it is lawfully being spilt…

stunned that the deeds done have such a dramatic REEL FEEL –
to the point that it looks a lot like a 1950’s series; surreal.

Let’s Do It Again

It’s that time again,
it’s Monday morning, and life is our friend.

It’s time for us to wake up, once again
and start our grind towards a productive end.

Let’s do it together.
Let’s do it early because this is Summer weather.

The weekend was beautiful and full of rest.
I took care of self, because I do that best.

Did you take care of you?
Did you do what you needed to do?

Did you sleep 8-hours, at least on one of the nights?
Did you eat berries, fruit, seeds, or rice?

Anything like that?
Did you express to someone that you love them, because it’s fact?

If not, you will get to “that.” Right?
I’m down to race towards HUMANITY BRIGHT

because it gets a little dark in the 1/6 Hearings court room.
So, I researched humanity’s potential for more insight and BOOM!

I do not practice Baha’i, but I do practice Humanity.
My research for encouraging words to be heard
is for relativity – not vanity. May God heal our human family.

As this week rises and starts up anew,
the 1/6 Hearings will begin again broadcasting truth.

It’s what the USA is into and trying to do. Our operative word is “try.” –
The collective “we” don’t want a legacy of ‘Americans like living a lie.

We do not enjoy that at all.
We are still a shining city on a hill, but we’re at a stall…
Sometimes that happens, y’all.

America will work it out. I am confident in my conversations with God,

Let’s return to what God says and Earth will give us the longevity nod.

What I’m HEARING is

I tuned in to the 1/6 investigate
and found myself gripped; unable to look away.

I had to make sure my mouth was closed, so I put my hands on my face
as the committee revealed testimonies with the power to heal in a very public space.

From the Congressman who gave tours on January 5th
to the guy on the tour who was taking pics…

I just want to make sure that we heard everything correctly.
I like to clarify and identify all startling news before letting me vex me.

Are you watching the hearings? If so, how do you feel?
The information is horror worthy; our unfortunate surreal.

This is not a drill and this is not a joke
our democracy needs your attention — lest she croaks.

Democracy equals “the power of WE.” Every man ought to always vote.
This moment in time needs no reason nor rhyme, we either get-it-right or we choke.

If you haven’t been watching — our chronicle installation won’t provide you the play-by-play,
however, you’re still in luck because most periodical plugs are wielding a digital & paper slay

with direct insight regarding the 1/6 Committee Hearing’s vein.
I watched closely and my responses, mostly involve calling the Lord’s name.

I can imagine that you might be something like me
as the lies were exposed you pinched your nose and you yelled out, “OMG!”

The revelations are insane, and names are being recorded
in tomorrow’s history books of politicians who ignored it.

You know – those governing bodies who ignored what was going on…
who held out for higher positions and/or pay; either one wrong.

History will read strong, and their legacy-holders will change their names.
John Wilkes Booth had family too, but they’ve all switched lineage lanes.

You deserve better. Please do not let shame
cover you so much – that you must change your name.

Folks are throwing their legacies to the wall. Is that what I’m hearing?
Man has no power over man, so why? Only God deserves your fearing.

It is clear that the broadcasts that we are being shown
are a true reflection of our current status quo at home.

This beloved place.
The good ol’ U. S. of A.

We can do better. Our story is fluid and is not at an end,

Rooting for we, as you should be, our only option is to be friends.

For your sake and my own, I remain optimistic, and forever cheering.
