Goodness always rises – so rise, kinfolk, rise!
Thank God for the day as you open your eyes.

Pull the curtains back and look into the sky,
then hit the home gym, because you’re high on life.

You don’t have a home gym? You’re just not living that large?
Who are you kidding? You have the living room and a big ol’ garage.

Those spaces are good enough! You just need a little room.
Resort to exercise and reading more to forgo “outing dooms.”

It is not safe to mingle and relax social distancing rules; take it slow.
Going out is for essential workers, city managers and confused folk?

I love us all, but we have got to be real.
You may be bored indoors, but COVID19 has the field.

Please don’t feel invincible now;
don’t say “frack it” and go out anyhow.

I really don’t understand…
Why don’t we act more cautious across the land?

For the sake of capitalism?
Hmph. I raise you 1 wisdom:

clowns-in-clown-car

Don’t ride with the clowns.

Don’t join that clown-cramped parade.
The country opening up “regardless” – is a charade.
Science says: “It just isn’t safe.”

Monday Morning Goodness, please be good to us on a whole.
Help us to resist walking and running into a big ol’ hole.

We can do this.
Common sense and compassion will pull us through this.

Don’t huff & puff or hiss — because you have to keep your distance today,

Excited about we, Mondays and Goodness.  Our united legacy is in play.

Stay with it.

It don’t stop.

Good morning o’ goodness that is life. I’m so glad to see ya.
Yesterday’s Sabbath yielded much joy, so I couldn’t wait to meet ya.

Repeat ya from last week and several more Monday’s prior.
I receive your manifest as another opportunity to score

something good.
Let’s begin with “I would

and conclude
with expressing something we strive to do.

“I would” like to win
like the wind in the editing bin.

Aw yeah. It’s professional with me today.
I’m a woman of gamification; I do love to play.

Though when I am in the editing bay,
all I can recall is: per’fect the linear lay.

Premiere Pro congeals the show.
All bells-and-whistles I endeavor to know.

Monday Morning Goodness, you always produce.
Let today be the same as I prepare to come through.

The news? I turned it loose. Satellite news cannot have all of my time.
To vote? I’m ‘gone do it, so what’s with the 24-hour news whine?

I don’t get it. What happened to the news
being a venue to share an array of views?

24-hour news only talks politics.
Please know ‘the folks gone vote –
but your chatter is making them sick.

I would love to keep watching but I cannot continue to relate
with you ‘talking in circles’ around a fate that doesn’t equate.

Let the goodness of the day be infectious and inspire us.
Let the blood of Jesus cover and protect us from that virus.

With that in mind, let us approach the day with clean hands
and the best laid plans
to have a good time, be productive and lend someone else a hand.

We can do it.
I’m pulling for you to smile all through it.

I’m already cheesing. Smiling is that thing that “I would.”
I love life and this Monday because both are all good.

I would like to know what it is that you would like to strive for in this day?
I’m Qui
Whatever it is, see it in your mind, chart a route to the find, then proceed to conquer & slay.

I love you, go get it, and happy

Monday

Good morning Sweetheart. How do you feel?
I spent the weekend resting. The number of hours were unreal.

I slept 8 hours each night for the last 3 days.
My dreams were intense. My recollection… a haze.

My body, well rested. I promise to goodness I slept plenty.
I haven’t slept this long and carefree strong – since I was in my 20’s.

I’m grateful, kinfolk. I really am. So much so, that I don’t know what to do.
Life was coming at me like a bullet train, I much prefer this pace with you.

Good morning, You. Did you wake up with a smile?
Did you affirm that you’re good? Reinforce the days mile.

You know I did and early. I like to rise before dawn to have my say.
While the world around me is asleep, I’m up to kneel and meditate
shortly after I pray.

Oh yes. I do both, goodness. I pray, and then I meditate.
The prayer is to give thanks, and I meditate to get my mind straight.

I kind of tune everything out and focus on my breath.
I do it for the love of life, I do it to strengthen my health.

I do it to focus my energy and open up the good flow of channels.
I do it because I want to be level headed as I observe and record annals.

Monday Morning Goodness. I’m so glad that you’re here.
I think this day will display many reasons for us to cheer.

I pray that all will go smooth and love will wash over this place.
I’ll start the process by braving my most loving and compassionate face.

Monday Morning Goodness. Let love be what reigns today,
I’m Qui
Excited about WE and the good that could be if we’d Meditate & Pray.
What do you say?

Good morning.

QE Mag Morning Goodness.

Good Friday was 3-days ago and today follows suit.
Good morning wired family – I’m most happy to be with you.

It’s the 3rd Monday of the month and you know I’m a Monday lover.
With compliments about me, I’m a positive-pushing mother.

I’m the chic in transit waving at you, because you were looking.
I’m the one that compliments the chef – when I smell good flavors cooking.

You are the chef and you were the transient looking.
I’m the complimenting queen‘good vibe’ hooking.

Monday Morning Goodness. We all could use a little.
So when you see bad energy coming – use your positive tip and whittle.

Whittle the energy into something more appealing – try to get the stressed-out to smile.
It may not be as easy as you’d like, thus be strong, lest it will take a longer while,

but you can do it. You can do it! Monday Morning Goodness is for all,
I’m Qui
at the beginning of a new week, saying lets be a positive force today y’all.
