Good morning family, I am duly refreshed.
I spent the weekend with my girlfriend – our weekends are the BEST!

We payed homage to the champagne of life – we did gracefully sip.
Our relationship is young and we shoot from the hip.

My girlfriend and I are high school alumni’s
Life has been kind to us, our happy limit is the sky.

And that’s pretty high y’all. 🙂

We’re a couple of shorties, displaying 40 and proving life to be a constant rave.
We usually stroll the miles bearing big smiles, influencing youngins to wanna be our age.

It’s beautiful y’all.

Last weekends spirited adventure took us to Scottsdale
Where the scene was resort clean and the weather escaped hell.

Scottsdale is only a few minutes outside of the metroplex of Phoenix
But it must be Mother Natures favorite local spot –  I mean it.

It was a beautiful setting, all the weekend long
Even though 100 degrees hit and surely hit strong,

But it didn’t burn our sunny song.

Bearing BIG SMILES…

My girlfriend and I pleasantly get along.
I’m artsy rich and she’s financially strong.
We’re a couple of outspokens from Fort Worth — we get along.

And you know what kinfolk? I will tell you this:
It’s this kind of comradery that I, for too long, have missed.

It’s a young sisterhood in its early form.
We both inhale life easy, we both exhale charm.

And I’m happy.
We both wear night bonnets to stave off nappy.

Usually, after a weekend of kicking it I have much thinking to do…
Our gelling chemistry is a fabu mystery — I couldn’t wait to rewind for you.

Thus here I am to tell you that girl time in Scottsdale was pretty good.
I also wanted to remind you that “ME TIME,” should always be understood.

It’s good to be grown but not so good to get old,
Exercise a good way to keep the spirit of youth from waxing cold.
