Gotta Love

1-Whitney-Cummings.gifComedy isn’t dead, but the genre is kind-of buried.
Covid19 came onto the scene and anxiousness began to hurry.

But it doesn’t have to.
If anyone should be laughing – it should be me and you.

So I went on the hunt for a invoking find
and found laughter in the round around Whitney’s behind.

She explores genders lying, mass story-buying, and the accepted consequence.
I,Tonya” was a lying stinker, while “Catch Me If You Can” was a blockbuster hit!

Gotta Love how women get down.
Though both genders reign equally in being the “mass class clown.”

One laugh, two laughs, three laughs, fo,’
I’m a sapiosexual who digs John Leguizamo:

Oh! His last name is fun to pronounce, but it’s the braun of his brains
that composes the routines that make him a household name.

Laughter has very little shame. Without restraint, I give into.
When was the last time you were comedy intertwined? Well that’s too long, boo.
It’s time that you laugh a belly-who.

Today is Monday and all is not lost.
Just be sure to coat serious situations in silly sauce.

O’ you must. You must.
In God and laughter– we can trust.

Let nothing taint your laugh box;
direct unnecessary seriousness to: kick rocks.

RELIANCE on SCIENCE

weird-science

What’s happening with COVID19 and the lack of scientific testing results,
leaves me no choice but to stay lightly poised to laugh-off my butt.

So let’s start with any series streaming
that makes today look comedic; flip our bad scene’ing.

The series below is still “queen’ing,” and has a multi complexioned glow.
I’m talking about Robin Thede‘s A BLACK LADY’S SKETCH SHOW.

.
Comedy is good for the soul; on it, laughter is reliant.
Gotta Love Black Women, sketch shows and Science.

Reliance on Science

NEEDED.

Good afternoon kinfolk. What’s good in the hood today?
I’ve been on a researching binge of what scientist have to say

about this pandemic that is sweeping the world by far.
It’s being compared to yesterday’s strains of SAR.

I woke at 8am this morning to an incredible read
that a family member sent to me; an educational seed.

It was from STATNews.com and therein it conveys
that Scientists are in ploy; good minds are at play.

Still, for the masses, they have nothing good to say.
They are working from behind the eight ball to restore the day.

Turns out that W.H.O. did not offer our country a CORONA Test and we didn’t really say NO.
We have always staffed the biggest and brightest minds in science – per history shows.

So when initially we were notified of a test prototype –
America just responded with its usual rigmarole ‘hype:

no-thanks_meme.gif

Feeling nostalgic about our capacity to lead.

But this administration has laid off CDC scientists; they’re in the unemployment line.
I am over here on my domestic research looking for a viral bind;

a natural substance that can render protection.
I’m also praying for a new W.H. resident after the election.

We need leadership. We need healthcare solutions. We need the V.A.
We need to adopt an INDIVIDUAL’s MISSION to help ourselves every day.

It’s okay if you want to look at New York as Governor Cuomo leads the way.
He doesn’t have a blueprint on COVID19, but his wisdom is at play.

Washing our hands is a good way to avoid spread, as well as not visiting your friends.
If we all take a minute to cut-it-out, lives won’t unnecessarily end.

This is something that we all can comprehend.
Go on and hit up Skype and Facetime again.

Yesterday was St. Patrick’s Day and I drank myself silly.
I was in the company of a few friends; well kind of, but not really.

I’m about science and safety so —
I partied unbridled and solo on video. 😛

What did you do, yo? Please don’t tell me that you —
were locked in the house with a pursed mouth watching the news.

Were you? That’s what’s up. I applaud you for thinking “safety first.”
Me, too, man, but I couldn’t save the plan of not quenching the calendar-day thirst.

Enough of that. It’s HUMP DAY and I’m talking much,
because I miss your presence and the human touch.

I am glad that I have this blog page to write
and connect with you on life-saving insight.

So, if you are home and have a minute to “knowledge add,”
I implore you to go on over and read the article and comments on STAT.

Do it and be wise.
Do it to save lives.

Let’s do what we can to stop this virus, by comedy-hook or lab crook,
