Building up the vocabulary

Are you ready? Maybe yes, maybe no?
Still I want to put-in on our vocab growth, so:

Bromide: This word is perfect for today,
it defines “a person who bores you or  describes a commonplace.”

Who do you know that may fit that mold?
Tell them not, and they won’t be told.
Besides, the game is 411 and 411 is to be sold.

Ol’ Rover is an Emulator.

Emulate – was Wednesday’s word. It means to imitate; to equal or excel.
Emulation is good as long as it’s not a journey to hell.
Study the game, what you hear and the folks that you flock-withwell.

Sound – Tuesday’s word is all about what you heard
though Merriam defines it as “solid; firm.” Merriam is ‘word.

sleight-of-hand

2 for who and zilch for me?

Legerdemain – Monday’s word seems so long ago,
though sleight of hands are still to and fro.
Did you ever get a round of stimulus pay, yo? 😛

I did not and that is word.
Missing out is definitely a verb.

I’m into words and I’m so into you,
I’m Qui
Good morning kinfolk, let’s bid monotony adieu.
